2015 MORA Board of Directors Ballot MEMBER NAME OR NUMBER________________________________
Instructions: Vote for up to four (4) candidates for the 2015-2018 Missouri Recycling Association Board of Directors. The deadline for submitting ballots is as follows:
· 1. Prior to MORA Conference, ballots can be mailed, emailed or faxed to Angie Gehlert by
4:00 pm, Thursday, September 10, 2015 Email: [email protected] Fax: 573-491-4255
NOTE: Mailed ballots must also be received by this date. Mail to MORA, P.O. Box 2144, Jefferson City, MO 65102
· 2. During the conference, there will be a ballot box at the registration desk.
Deadline is 4:00 pm Tuesday, September 15th, 2015 to cast your ballot at the conference.
· 3. Any member in good standing may place himself or another member of the Association on the ballot for election to
the Board of Directors by submitting a letter to the President, Dan Imig, ([email protected]) at least seven (7) days
prior to the Annual Meeting which is September 15, 2015.
· Members must be in good standing and identify EITHER their name OR member number above for ballot to be counted.
Election results will be announced Wednesday morning, September 16, 2015.
