MORA Committees and Liaisons
Current MORA Committees
To best accomplish our priorities, goals and objectives, MORA must operate with a strong committee structure. Board leadership is critical -- both in sustaining effective committees and in encouraging MORA members to participate on committees.
Executive Committee (Organization)
The Executive Committee consists of the officers of the Board of Directors. The board may delegate decisions on behalf of the full Board to the Executive Committee by a specific action at a regular or special meeting.
The Executive Committee shall serve as the Personnel Committee and make all final decisions regarding the hiring and firing of personnel, and any compensation given, unless otherwise specified by the Board.
